THE EXHAUSTED MAN · SLEEP-STRENGTH RESET
One next step. Keep rebuilding.
Use the program to notice sleep-breathing concerns, support real clinical care when needed, and rebuild strength and capacity without turning the day into a checklist.
Today’s path
Start with the sleep-breathing reflection
It is the safest first step because the program should not build around an unexamined breathing concern.
Safety still outranks the program. Do not drive when dangerously sleepy. Repeated witnessed breathing pauses, waking gasping or choking, chest pain, fainting, or another urgent change belongs with prompt medical attention. BPF does not diagnose sleep apnea and never changes a prescribed treatment or CPAP pressure.
