Safety guidance

Fast walking deliberately raises effort.

Stop normal training for chest pain or pressure, fainting or near-fainting, unusual severe breathlessness, a new irregular or racing heartbeat, new neurological symptoms, or symptoms that feel urgent. The app organizes a fitness plan; it does not diagnose or provide medical clearance.

Open safety guidance

Study-Style 3-3 is the original Interval Walking Training structure. Beginner Bridge, Build, Recovery Hold, indoor, hot-day and post-meal walks are BPF onboarding or support options. Fast-phase minutes are a useful training record, not a medical requirement or a guarantee of results.
