The Strong-for-Life Score

Five simple at-home tests reveal how your body is actually aging — then this hub scores you, hands you a personalized starting track, and trains you in 4-minute Strength Snacks. Re-test as you go and watch the numbers climb.

Most longevity books tell you what matters. This one tests you, scores you, trains you, and re-tests you.

⚕️ Read first — these are function screens, not medical tests

The five tests estimate your physical function; they do not diagnose disease or predict lifespan. Do them near a wall, counter or sturdy chair, and skip or modify anything that causes pain or feels unsafe — especially the floor Get-Up. If you have heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, a recent fall or injury, severe osteoporosis, or you're frail or very deconditioned, start with the Readiness Check and talk with your clinician first.

This program is educational. The five tests are validated function screens (chair stand, single-leg balance, gait speed, grip/carry, sitting-rising) presented as training signals — not diagnoses or predictions of lifespan. It supports the WHO-recommended balance + strength activity for healthy aging and never replaces medical care. Do balance and floor tasks with support within reach. © 2026 Ken Hoyer / Body Plus Fitness.
