Optional — The Metabolic Reset
A simple waist-to-height check you can track over time, kept separate from your Habit Score. A common general-wellness guidepost is to keep your waist to less than half your height. This is not a diagnosis, a health-risk score, or a body-fat measurement — use it to follow your own trend.
Measure at the midpoint between your lowest rib and the top of your hip bone (about the belly button), snug but not compressing, at the end of a normal breath out — don’t pull in. Measure at a similar time of day each time.
Please enter both your waist and height.
