The Five-Test Assessment

Do them near a wall, counter or sturdy chair. Each is a function screen, not a medical test. Have someone nearby to spot you if you can. Stop for pain, dizziness, or if anything feels unsafe.

Age and sex are optional and used only for cautious age-group context. If you leave them blank, you'll still get a full baseline-to-retest score — we simply won't show an age comparison.
