Experimental module • not in your score
Step to cued directions beside a counter and tap after each. It tracks your accuracy and total time as a personal trend. It is not a reaction-time, neurological, or fall-prediction test, and it stays outside the Movement Resilience Score until validated.
Place four tape targets on the floor — forward, back, left, right — around a comfortable standing base, with a counter or rail within reach. Keep the phone where you can tap it after each step. Stable shoes or bare feet on a non-slip surface (never socks).
First 4 practice cues (not recorded), then the fixed 12-cue sequence. On a direction, step onto that target, return to center, and tap. On Hold, don't step — just tap Held.
