Coordination activity
Gaze & Head-Movement Trainer
Steady your eyes, head & balance together
Gentle activities for eye–head–steadiness coordination. Begin seated. This is a general-wellness coordination tool — not eye tracking, and not treatment for dizziness, vertigo, or any condition. It gives visual and movement cues; it does not use a camera or track where you look.
Before you begin
These activities move your eyes and head, which can sometimes cause dizziness or nausea. Always begin seated. Stop right away if you feel dizzy, nauseated, or your vision blurs — do not push through it.
Check with your doctor first if you have new, frequent, severe, or worsening dizziness or spinning; have fainted; have a known inner-ear or balance condition; or have had a recent fall.
